  The food is great! Service is efficient and friendly. Owner is always out with customers, checking on everyone... love that! Only negative is that is is super loud... hard to have a conversation. The new location is beautiful!

  This was our first visit to the new location on American Way. It's great! My husband and I both ordered the Pittsburgh Style sandwich. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I ordered my sandwich with gyro meat, but they were a little skimpy on the meat. The restaurant side where we sat was noisy, and it was hard to hear each other. More sound-absorbing materials on the walls, etc. would help. But overall, very pleasant service, good food, way more parking than the old Theo Yianni. We'll be back!

  After finally getting the opportunity to try Theo's at their new location, I'm very disappointed. Here are my complaints:
  1. The atmosphere is too loud.
  2. My wife and I both ordered the Pastitsio, which was very burned on the bottom.
  3. The service was mediocre -- the entree came out before we were done eating our salads. When the server took away some plates, she also took the bread without asking if anyone was finished with it.
  4. We ordered Baklava cheesecake, which is much smaller than it used to be.
  5. On top of all this, the prices increased dramatically. The overall terrible experience does not justify these price increases. I miss the old location, when Theo's actually seemed to care about your business.
